Shipping Policy:

Thank you for choosing Bodhi Performance for your sports equipment needs. We strive to provide excellent service and ensure your orders arrive in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:

**FREE GROUND SHIPPING OVER $75: Our Free Ground shipping for orders over $75 is for US Shipping addresses ONLY. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. To qualify for the Free Ground Shipping Over $75, your cart SUBTOTAL must be $75 or more. This means BEFORE any discount codes, taxes or shipping fees are applied

1. **Shipping Destinations:** We ship worldwide. Please note that we ship from the United States and when shipping internationally, customer may be charged import/duty fees from their countries government. Our preferred International Courier is DHL Express, which in most cases, includes Duties and Import fees in the shipping cost. Please check with DHL to ensure this applies to your country. If duties and import fees/taxes are to be paid separate from shipping, Bodhi Performance is not liable for the cost. Please also note, some carriers also charge "Brokerage Fees" for the import of the goods to another country. In these scenarios, Bodhi Performance only charges the cost of the shipping, not the import or carrier fees.

2. **Shipping Times:** Orders are typically processed as fast as same day and as long as 2 days after the order is placed. Once processed, shipping times vary depending on the destination:
   - United States: 3-7 business days, typically 4
   -International: Up to 14 Days (In most cases much faster as we use DHL Express)

3. **Shipping Fees:** Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight/size of the package. 

4. **Apparel:** Bodhi Apparel (excluding ICON and Limited Edition Hats and visors) are fulfilled by a third party partner. Apparel is made on demand and shipped from said third party. There is a separate shipping fee charged by the third party partner aside from shipping charged by Bodhi Performance. Your dollar amount spent on apparel DOES qualify you from getting free ground shipping over $75 from Bodhi Performance, but DOES NOT remove the shipping charge for the apparel. 5. **Order Tracking:** Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. **Shipping Carriers:** We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.

7. **Shipping Restrictions:** Please ensure valid shipping address. If customer enters shipping address incorrectly, customer is responsible for shipping fee for replacement order if required. If package is lost and untraceable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, Bodhi Performance is not responsible for replacement. Bodhi Performance will do everything in their power to help track and retain possession of the package. 

8. **Holiday Shipping:** During peak seasons and holidays, please expect potential delays in shipping due to high order volumes and carrier limitations. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

9. **Order Changes and Cancellations:** Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
