Return Policy

At Bodhi Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be brand new, unopened, and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Opened or Used Products:

  • If a product has been opened or used, it is not eligible for a return or refund.

  • Products that are significantly damaged, altered, or no longer are not eligible for a return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@bodhiperformance.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and verified, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Bodhi Performance Overgrip Shelf-Life & Warranty Policy

PROtack™ and DRYtack™ Overgrips – Limited Shelf-Life Warranty

Bodhi Performance PROtack™ and DRYtack™ overgrips are performance products made with moisture-reactive materials designed for optimal feel, tack, and durability. As with all high-performance grips, these products have a limited shelf life.

Shelf Life

Under normal storage conditions, Bodhi Performance overgrips have a shelf life of approximately 6–9 months from the date of purchase. Shelf life may vary depending on storage environment, including temperature, humidity, and exposure to air.

Warranty Coverage

Bodhi Performance warrants PROtack™ and DRYtack™ overgrips against defects in materials and workmanship for up to six (6) months from the original date of purchase, provided the products have been stored properly and remain unused.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty claims will be declined if:

  • The overgrips were purchased more than six (6) months prior to the warranty claim

  • The overgrips were stored for extended periods before use

  • The overgrips show signs of aging, drying, loss of tack, or environmental exposure

  • The overgrips were not stored in a cool, dry environment

Storage & Use Recommendation

For best performance, we strongly recommend using Bodhi Performance overgrips within a reasonable time after purchase rather than storing them long-term. Extended storage—especially in warm, humid, or unsealed conditions—may result in diminished performance and is not considered a product defect.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim for overgrips, please contact:

Include:

  • Proof of purchase or order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Date of purchase and date first opened

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Bodhi Performance reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under this policy.

Bodhi Performance Limited Warranty – Pickleball Bags

We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our products. This limited warranty covers your Bodhi Performance pickleball bag against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

Bodhi Performance warrants that your bag will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product at no charge.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, fading, abrasion or color changes

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Damage caused by improper care

  • Damage from overloading, moisture, or external forces

  • Loss or theft of the product

  • Any products not purchased directly from Bodhi Performance or an authorized retailer

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim:

  1. Email hello@bodhiperformance.com

  2. Include your order number or proof of purchase

  3. Provide photos showing the issue

  4. Brief description of what happened

Once received, our team will review your submission and respond with next steps.

Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable

  • Shipping costs associated with sending the item to Bodhi Performance are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified

  • Bodhi Performance reserves the right to determine whether the issue constitutes a defect covered under this warranty
